Milky Way over Patagonia
In 2012 I camped in the area near the peak of Cerro Fitz Roy in Argentine Patagonia. It was the beginning of winter and I have never seen the milky way so clear as the morning we woke up before dawn to hike to Laguna De Los Tres for sunrise. It was the only time I could truly appreciate why we gave our galaxy its name.

The Stag of Dunham Massey
This piece is a tribute to Dunham Massey. It is a wonderful place to walk at anytime of year but I particularly like it during the early autumn when the sun is getting lower and wonderful beams of light are cast between the trees on misty mornings. The colour choice is aiming to convey the sense that the sun still has warmth but the air is cool. You can often see fallow deer at Dunham Massey too; I hope this figure of a stag portrays a particularly bold and inquisitive character that crossed my path last year.

A Dream of Japan
I would love to visit Japan someday and this picture is an imaginary composition using inspiration gatehred from many different landscape photographs. The bridge, blossom branches, the small building and the depiction of Mt Fuji are all separate componenets that I have brought together into my dream of Japan.
